I hope you can show this note to your manager.
I wanted to thank you for the work and assistance that you provided in helping me find a new home. Since we actually first met about 3 years ago when you were showing an open house in my neighborhood, I was impressed with your professionalism both in appearance and integrity in representing the seller and buyer. I didn't need your services until 2 years later, but you did keep in touch but not making yourself a pest.
The most impressive thing you did for me was always getting back to me with an answer to a question although at the times I asked them you weren't my agent so to speak. But no matter you always responded, and was courteous in doing so even when I knew that some questions took some research on your part.
When it came to time to view properties you always tried to look past the "fluff" and call my attention to the important details that mattered. Although we had to deal with an escrow company that was chosen by the buyer, you stayed on top of things, helping me secure a loan in record time seeing to the details to make sure that the holdups were not on our part.
When the seller refused to correct some defects that were important you took those upon your self. Kevin there are not a lot of people that have their word as their bond, but you are one of those. Buying or selling a home can create stress filled days. Kevin you did your best to eliminate those feelings.
I want to thank you for your service and would welcome the opportunity to recommend your service, integrity and honesty to any future clients trying to decide on your services and ability to perform as a professional Realtor.

Your continued help and thoughtfulness even after the close of the property says so much in regards to your integrity and genuine concern that your clients are taken care of in and outstanding fashion. Up until meeting you, I had never experienced the sort of service that you display in a day to day fashion.
